Cosmetics Ingredients Under-Regulated in Canada

Almost one million Canadians, mostly women, are harmed each year because of bad reactions to the cosmetics and toiletries they use to cleanse their bodies and rejuvenate their skin. According to documents from Health Canada, consumers frequently suffer bad reactions -- ranging from minor to severe -- because they don't know what is in their personal-care products.
