In what may be one of the largest toxic tort suits in New Jersey history, more than 700 plaintiffs seek $2 billion or more for contamination of 900 acres in Ringwood, N.J.
 
At its core, Morgan v. Ford Motor Co., 06-CV-1080, is a tale about an environmental cleanup gone wrong, despite years of investigation and remediation.
