At a glance:

A Missouri woman who wore contact lenses without problems for 20 years, is suing Bausch & Lomb after she had to have a cornea transplant for Fusarium Keratitis infection eye damage. 
 
As well, her vision is still far from what it was before and she still experiences pain. 
 
Bausch & Lomb's ReNu with MoistureLoc solution, which the woman had used, was withdrawn from market last spring because worldwide outbreaks of this fungal infection were associated with its use. 
 
The suit alleges negligence and failure to warn.

(KSDK) - A local woman is suing the makers of a contact lens solution linked to more than 120 cases of a rare eye fungus.
 
She says the cleaning solution is responsible for her infection and the cornea transplant she needed to try to get rid of it
