Class Action Lawsuit Against KFC for Trans Fat

At a glance:

A class action suit has been filed against KFC, the fast food fried chicken restaurant chain.

The Center for Science in the Public Interest says that its fried chicken has a tremendous amount of trans fat, which is a very unhealthy type of fat. The restaurant maintains it has a variety of choices on its menu and that they provide nutrition information. Other experts think the aim of the suit is good but that legislation is a better way to achieve it, since responsibility for the US food supply rests with the FDA.
