P&O Cruises Possible Target of Class Action Suit

Cruise ship passengers consider class action

Cruise passenger Jeff Storer says many people wanted to stop at the ports and they are angry with how P and O has handled the situation.
 
"A few passengers on the ship got a petition together and started walking around and getting people to sign it because they do want to take a class action on this and get something sorted because this isn't the first time the ship has broken down," he said.
