Lawsuit filed against Flying J
STOCKTON - California Attorney General Bill Lockyer filed a lawsuit against Flying J Inc. on Tuesday, alleging that the company committed numerous violations of underground storage tank laws and tampered with leak-detection devices at six of its seven truck stops and travel plazas in California.
Two of the six were Flying J Travel Plazas in San Joaquin County, one at Interstate 5 and Highway 12 in Lodi, the other at Highway 99 and North Jack Tone Road in Ripon. The others were in Bakersfield, Frazier Park (Los Angeles County), Thousand Palms and Barstow.
