Woman died after stomach bypass

An inquest is studying the death of a 25 year old British woman months after undergoing gastric bypass surgery.
 
The woman lost half her body weight, about 140 pounds, but died in hospital after experiencing stomach pain and swelling.
 
Autopsy revealed a high level of toxins in her body.
 
It is not yet established that the death was a direct result
