A state Supreme Court jury in Delhi (NY) has handed down a $50,000 malpractice verdict against Bassett Healthcare.
 
State Supreme Court Justice Patrick Monserrate presided over the case in which the seven-person jury decided Thursday that hospital personnel were negligent after a 56-year-old woman’s surgical procedure in January 2002
