i am needing help in filing a lawsuit against wal-mart against being underpaid since 1999. i have not recieved yearly pay increases as hispanics and caucasians that have been with the company for less time as myself in addition to a defamation lawsuits against wal-mart security on their procedures when they accuse minority employees of theft. i have recieved a "coaching" on attendance and slow scanning never on miss scans. on matter such as unintentional mis scans wal-mart deliberately "sets" the employee in a situation instead of informing the employee and allowing corrections so as to say "i got one" i have been accused of helping "family" by accepting a stolen check from a customer and i have been accused of allowing customers to receive items in a bag that have not been scanned.
