Broadband Company Target of Class Action Suit for Outages

Insight files to dismiss suit

Insight Communications is seeking dismissal of a lawsuit filed by four customers in the wake of service outages that affected several thousand broadband Internet users.
 
Insight's motion, filed late Monday in Jefferson Circuit Court, argues that the plaintiffs' service agreement with Insight calls for disputes to be settled through arbitration.
