Mississippi Sues Insurance Companies

At a glance:

In another Hurricane Katrina-related lawsuit in Mississippi, State Attorney General Jim Hood sued insurance companies over their denial of claims for storm surge.
 
At issue is whether wind or water caused the damage and whether companies are liable for wind damage if flooding occurred.
 
This suit is being lobbed back and forth from federal to state courts.
