The law suit, which was filed on behalf of the plaintiffs by the law firm Quin and Hampson on 28 February, concerns post–Hurricane Ivan restoration works to Windsor Village, a waterfront South Sound condominium development.
 
The plaintiffs are claiming, among other things, that they paid Hurlston Limited and/or Hurlston General Contractors Limited more than CI$3 million for what a commissioned consultant claimed was less than CI$1 millio
