FEMA, Gave all the flood money to the City of New NC and the city was suppose to move the houses up. They hire the worst contractors some of them where not even contractors. The employees of the contractos would steal from us go into out personal stuff. When you would go and complain you got nowhere they really took avantage of us. When any of the people would ask a question they where belittle, told that they where not going to discuss it and shut us off. Most of us where out of houses for two years.
