South Dakota Insurance Scam - Funds Reimbursed by Insurer

Last month, a local insurance agent went to prison for scamming elderly people in KELOLAND out of $350-thousand dollars. Ryan Wingler sold them insurance policies then pocketed the money.
 
Wingler did the same thing to most of his victims. He'd convince them to pull out of their current insurance policies and go with him instead to "get a better deal." And that's what he did to Audrey Knutson. She wrote him a check for $16-thousand dollars. Wingler cashed it. He got the money, but Knutson never
