Three Women Sue Walgreen's Over Insulting Notes on their Records

Three women in Florida are suing the Walgreen Pharmacy chain after they were mistakenly given printouts with private company notes on them describing them in derogatory fashion. 
 
The notes were intended for employees, to assist in their handling of the customers and included terms such as "crazy" and "shady". 
 
All three had prescriptions for psychological problems and claim damages. 
 
Walgreen's contends the language is regrettable but not actionable.

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - Walgreen Co. acknowledged that labeling some of its pharmacy customers as "crazy" and "shady" may have hurt their feelings, but said the poor judgment of some employees shouldn't mean the company must pay damages.
 
Three Florida women sued Walgreens in March after inadvertently being given computer printouts with their medications that labeled them with the offensive terms. All three plaintiffs take medication for psychological problems
