Merck's Vioxx Liability Appears 'Manageable'
UBS Investment Research maintained a "neutral" rating on Merck after the drug company lost another Vioxx-related court battle last Friday.
Last week, a Texas jury ordered Merck to pay $32 million in damages to the family of a 71-year-old man who died of a heart attack in April 2001. Merck said in a statement it will appeal the verdict.
