Lawsuit Claims County Liable for Cadet's Kidney Failure

BAKERSFIELD - The county may have to pay a Sheriff's Cadet who suffered from dehydration and kidney failure during the academy training.
 
Ryan Watkins, 24, and his family said Watkins was deprived of water during the Sheriff's Training Academy, back in April.
