Pilot's Estate Sued for Wrongful Death by Woman Killed in Plane Crash

Cathy Hathaway was killed in a small plane crash in August of 2005 that also killed pilot, Bracey Bobbit. Ms. Hathaway's family is now suing the estate of Ms. Bobbit for damages and liability in the death of Cathy Hathaway. Law Suit Transpires out of Plane Crash Last August

Cathy Hathaway, a Wilmington woman, was killed when the plane she was in went down near Figure Eight Island. The pilot of that plane, Bracey Bobbit, was also killed in that crash.
 
Now, the Star News is reporting Hathaway's family is suing Bobbit's estate for $10
