Cross Bars and Warning Lights Operational at Scene of Terry, NC Fatal Train Accident

The signals and cross bars that had been installed but not made operational have been activated in Terry, Mississippi where a 24 year old father of two was killed when an Amtrak train collided with his car in what many are calling an unnecessary train accident. Blame has been passed from the train company officials to the electric company and beyond as no one wants to take responsibility for the fatal Amtrak train collision.

Warning lights powerless

Power should be connected by the end of the week to warning lights at the site of a fatal train-car wreck in Terry, a power company official said Monday.
