Girl injured in accident to file suit

One of the three teen-agers who survived the accident last weekend that claimed the life of a Sea View student is expected to file a civil lawsuit in state Superior Court today against the driver and owner of the car that hit her.
 
Melissa Lewis, 14, of Sunnyside, is suing the driver, Fabian McCallum, 20, and the vehicle's owner, Richard McCallum, his father, for the physical and psychological injuries she suffered in the accident, said her Brooklyn lawyer, Sanford Rubenstein.
