GM Airbag Lawsuit Reinstated in Mississippi

At a glance:

A lawsuit against GM has been reinstated in Mississippi. It concerns an Oldsmobile whose airbag allegedly did not deploy in a 1997 accident, in which a woman was injured. 
 
The woman and her husband sued but the case was dismissed before GM got to testify, for "insufficient evidence".  
 
However on appeal, the Mississippi Supreme Court felt there was enough evidence for the case to at least have gone to a jury, so it will be allowed to resume.

JACKSON — The Mississippi Supreme Court has reinstated a Marion County couple's lawsuit against General Motors for damages from a 1997 accident.
 
The justices, in a 6-3 decision on Thursday, said there were enough issues raised by Hilda Forbes and her husband that the case should have gone to a jury
